Congo Co — 3-102-964582 S.R.L (Costa Rica) is the company responsible for importing and distributing premium off-road, overlanding, and 4×4 accessories in Costa Rica, and the legal entity party to these terms.
Orders can be placed directly through our website or coordinated via WhatsApp. Placing an order through the website creates a pending order that must be confirmed by our team before it is binding. A sale is only confirmed once our team sends a written order confirmation and a payment method is agreed upon. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or inability to process payment.
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Costa Rican Colón (CRC) equivalents shown on the site are estimates based on the current Hacienda exchange rate plus a handling margin and are for reference only. Applicable taxes, including Costa Rican IVA where required by law, are calculated and displayed on your order summary before checkout. The final amount in CRC, including all applicable taxes, is confirmed at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of order confirmation via WhatsApp. Full payment is required before goods are released for delivery or pick-up, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders awaiting payment confirmation for an unreasonable period may be cancelled without prior notice.
Delivery is available within Costa Rica only. Shipping costs are based on destination and carrier, and are communicated at the time of order confirmation. For products listed as "Available to Order," estimated lead time is approximately 45 days from payment confirmation, subject to supplier availability and import logistics. Congo Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, third-party carriers, or events outside our control.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery for products in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Products that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was incorrectly shipped. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp with your order reference and reason for return.
All products sold by Congo Co. carry the manufacturer's original warranty. As an authorized importer and distributor, we facilitate warranty claims with the respective brand on your behalf. Warranty periods and coverage vary by brand and product and are detailed in our Warranty Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Congo Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products sold. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modification, or use of products contrary to manufacturer specifications.

Product names and brand logos are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.
